Tim Kidson

Tim is an expert in transforming executive performance in a knowledge world. He is a business development specialist, executive coach, consultant, author and an inspirational speaker.

He works with boards that wish to change their thinking, change their behaviour and change what they do, in order to develop and sustain competitive advantage in the market place. He sometimes starts new assignments by arranging a 360-degree appraisal of the entire board, which he facilitates. He believes that in order for any organisation to be on the journey towards excellence then the directors have to be on that same journey, both individually and collectively.

Tim has strong analytical skills, an intuitive talent to get to the root of issues, especially people issues, in order to put together strategies for performance improvement.

Tim began his business career in 1972 with Horwath & Horwath UK, the international tourism and leisure consultancy. He trained as an accountant with Arthur Young McClelland Moores in London and his final appointment prior to setting up Tim Kidson & Associates (TKA) in 1985 was as Head of Finance for the International Division with H.P. Bulmer plc.
