Core Competencies
Just as we help organisations work out their core competencies, it is important also to tell our clients what we do to add value for them.
When we ask our clients to measure and evaluate our performance, we do so based on the following criteria:
- Personal coaching: where we support you as an individual to fulfil your needs and personal objectives. This can require empathy, understanding and trust
- Presenting and facilitating: which can include training courses that meet objectives, their content, the delivery style, and the quality of training material used
- Communicating different concepts: which can include learning guides of individual and organisational behaviour, marketing strategies, finance, aspects of Best Practice and so on
- Proactive advice: this is the extent to which our advice to you has been timely, challenging (where necessary) and genuinely in the interest of developing you and/or your organisation
- Project management: which includes Business Planning and/or Strategic Development, Investors in People. This requires our enthusiasm for you and your organisation, our ability to drive a project and focus on key issues
